Course Description
The course teaches participants the skills they need to work in project management. It includes sections on managing user privileges, routing contracts, and distributing documents.
The participants will be trained in organizing projects, people and work by looking at the Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) and Enterprise Project Structure (EPS).
