The updated 9-month course duration is meticulously structured to transform learners into proficient BIM expert. The BIM course is strategically curated to ensure you get a comprehensive understanding of the foundations of BIM, future-oriented specialisations and electives, 3+ capstones to choose and practise on based on your career goals, and continuous career guidance and assessments.
You will need to dedicate a minimum of 10 hours of effort in a week to fully grasp and apply the concepts taught in this course. You will be attending live classes twice a week, along with revision and practice on your own time.
The course offers a dynamic blend of both recorded and live sessions for match your schedule. There will be two live classes each week. Additionally, learners can also access supplementary recorded content and assignments.
Our course is beginner-friendly, and hence it doesn’t require prior BIM knowledge. However, a basic grasp of construction methods and materials is preferred. To bring you up to speed, you receive preparatory content to teach you the basic skills you need to start your BIM journey.

Candidates who make the full payment in advance become eligible to avail Rs.20,000 fee waiver.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, any down payment made is not refundable. However, if you have made a partial or full payment and would like a refund, please send an email to support@novatr.com with the subject line ‘Refund’. Please note that this should be done at least 25 days before the course commencement date. We will initiate the refund within 30 working days of accepting the refund request. Also, please be informed that a refund will not be possible once the EMI loan has been processed. You will be liable to complete the loan process even if you discontinue the course. Failure to pay back the loan will affect the participants’ CIBIL score.
